उसमें आगे कहा गया: “रक्त-आधानों से अन्य कई रोगों के हस्तांतरित होने की सूचना मिली है, जिनमें परिसर्प (हर्पीज़) वाइरस संक्रमण, संक्रामक मोनोन्युक्लिओसिस (एपस्टाइन-बार वाइरस), टॉक्सोप्लाज़्मोसिस (मस्तिष्क और आँखों का संक्रामक रोग), ट्रिपनोसोमिअॅसिस [अफ्रीकी निद्रित रोग और शागास रोग], लीशमैनिअॅसिस (काला आज़ार), ब्रूसेल्लोसिस [तरंगित ज्वर], टाइफस (तंद्रिक ज्वर), फ़ाइलेरिया रोग, खसरा, साल्मोनेल्लोसिस तथा कोलोरॅडो चीचड़ी ज्वर।”

47. In speaking about all this , Badruddin pointed out that the whole rigid and elaborate purdah system was founded on the few generalities in the Quran , where women were told not to flaunt their beauty before man .
